Jakob was born in Switzerland and loved cooking since childhood. He graduated the Cooking School in Zurich. He came to Romania in 1991 and opened the first Mica Elvetie restaurant. As a good organizer, he created lots of special events for this location.
2 years ago he opened the second Mica Elvetie Restaurant, St Moritz.
The magazines interviews and his own TV Show “Hai sa bucatarim” made him well known to the public.
In 2008 he became a Master in Culinary Art. He allready opened a franchise in Silistra, Bulgaria and is about to open new ones in Romania, at Pitesti and Moeciu.
His latest project consits of a Pension and Gastronomic School for the cooking elite.
